Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy on all products but the Beach Rover. The product must be in like-new condition.
We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Returned product is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Returns must be authorized before a credit can be issued. Please email sales@shorelinemanufacturing.com to authorize a return.
Shipping
Products that can ship via UPS will ship free UPS Ground. Larger items that ship via freight will incure a cost. Our UPS cut-off time is 2:30 PM EST Monday – Friday. Orders placed before 2:30 PM generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:30 PM on Friday will ship on the next business day.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be extra. Please call for a shipping quote.
